Faith and Fitness is a 12-week small group that pairs growth in faith with improved fitness, culminating with optional group participation in Cedarburg's Big Berry Run 5k on June 24.

We'll start each evening in community, reading and discussing a short devotional together. Then we'll do a good warm up routine and head outside to the church parking lot.

This group is family-friendly. Kids will often be seen in strollers, zooming around on bikes or scooters, or running along with the group. We meet Sunday evenings during Impact Youth Group, so this is also an opportunity to encourage your 6th-12th graders to participate in the youth program at Christ Church.

Three Options to Build Your Fitness

  1. Use walk/run intervals to slowly build toward the 5k goal
  2. Come as a seasoned runner and run your own pace
  3. Bring your walking shoes and stroll with others
