Plan Your Visit

We know that trying a church for the first time can be daunting. That’s why we’ve put together some information to help you Plan Your Visit, and guide you as you prepare for your time with us. Each of our Easter services are about an hour in length and include a time of live worship, a relevant and biblically-solid message, open communion, and an opportunity for our church family to be generous.

What can I expect?

If Easter is your first time at Christ Church, you are our honored guest. We do church a little differently, so here are a few frequently asked questions to help you plan your trip.

Where do I go when I get there?

We have reserved guest parking spots, so feel free to choose one that marked as such, or choose any other one that you like. We're expecting a full lot on Easter, so please help yourself and others by patiently following the traffic flow signs.

Our Welcome Team will meet you as you're walking to the building and can show you where to find the Worship Room, restrooms, and Children's Registration Desk. If you need anything throughout the day — mints, a Bible, or a pen — feel free to stop by the Welcome Desk. Or, just ask anyone with a laminated name tag. We’re a friendly bunch, and we’d love to serve you.

What Should I wear?

Don't feel like you have to dress up. Most people dress casually, but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

How long is the service?

Services last about one hour. We start by singing about three songs. Then Pastor Bob will share an engaging, biblically-based Easter message. If you want to check out our preaching style, check out our message archive.

If you’re visiting for the first time, give yourself a few extra minutes to stop by the Welcome Desk after the service. You are a very important person to us! We’d love to meet you, answer any questions you may have, and give you a gift.

What if I have an infant or toddler?

No worries! Infants and toddlers age three and under are always welcome in the nurseries. Also, all services are simulcast in our Lounge, so you can tend to their needs without leaving the service all together.

Is there something for kids on Easter?

Easter is a worship Sunday when we encourage families to celebrate together. We will provide special Easter activity booklets & crayons to help keep your youngest family members engaged during worship. Childcare is available for ages three and under. Join us the following Sunday for our full Adventure Camp program for kids birth through 5th grade.

Can I attend if I'm _____________?

Fill in the blank with whatever fear you have about not being accepted: divorced, single parent, broke, recovering addict, atheist, skeptic, etc. Everyone is welcome at Christ Church. So come as you are, and we’ll see you at Easter!
